About NWG Accountants

I joined BDO Binder Hamlyn in 1987 where I started training and was focused on owner managed businesses before specialising in personal tax. In 1998 I moved to Deloitte, private clients, based in Cambridge to further my career in personal tax and high net worth individuals. After a period in the Channel Islands, I set up my own business, operating from my parents spare room. I now employ 10 members of staff who help me service over 350 personal tax clients and nearly 300 corporate clients!

The quality of our offering and fixed fee approach has ensured that our client retention is nearly 100%.

I started my career with Price Bailey, where I trained for my AAT, before moving to Deloitte where I completed my ACCA qualifications. I had the pleasure of working on a diverse mix of clients including sole traders, partnerships, and small and medium size business across many different sectors.

After 10 years in practice, I moved into industry where I gained significant experience and skills responsible for the leadership of both public and private company finance teams. I am passionate about ensuring businesses grow their top and bottom line (and controlling and investing in the bit in the middle!) and am keen to help you grow your business.
